Step 1: Visit the SWI website http://www.swidtp.co.uk and click on the login link.
Step 2: If you are a new customer then you will need to register so please click on the Register link. Complete the registration form with your details and those of your child and the school’s name. You will need your email and password each time that you need to login to the site. If your child is starting in Year 7, please make sure that you tick the box. Confirm your details are correct and then go to the ordering page.
Step 3: On the ordering page, there are three tabs listing the products available—Boys, Girls and Accessories available from SWI. There is also a sizing tab.
Step 4: Click on the item required, on the next page enter the size you want and then click on the green button. There are some items that are specified as compulsory by the school so take note of what is compulsory and what is optional. These are indicated by the red compulsory and green optional descriptions below each product.
Step 5: Once you have added the items you want to your basket, click on the basket icon at the top right of the page to view the items you have selected. On this screen you can amend the quantities you wish to buy as well as removing unwanted items. When you are happy with the items you have selected, then click on the green ‘Checkout Now’ button or if you want to add further items, click on the continue shopping button.
Step 6: Select a delivery address. Enter a delivery message for use if no-one is available to sign for the package on delivery, e.g. leave with a neighbour. Confirm the delivery instructions by clicking on the green button. During term time SWI operate a Free of Charge weekly delivery service into school. Orders placed by 5pm Wednesday will be available to collect from school the following Monday.
Step 7: Enter your payment details and click on the green ‘Continue Checkout’ button.
Step 8: Once your order is complete, you will receive a notification email with details of your order and reference number which you can quote if you need to contact SWI. The SWI customer service team can help you with any query on 0845 519 00 99 or schoolwear@swi.co.uk.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
Once school has closed for the summer all deliveries should be sent to the home address until school re-opens in September. The returns and exchange process can take about 10 working days from when the parcel has been sent back to SWI. You can use the same packaging the kit was sent in just cover the address with the pre-paid label. Any orders that have been originally delivered into school can be sent out to home but there will be a delivery charge for this or your child can collect the kit in September. If you have any problems over your order, please initially contact SWI direct. If items have been dispatched to the school, then please email any enquiries to pefixtures@royallatin.org. During the school year when kit is delivered to school, students will be emailed on their school email address asking them to collect their ordered kit from the PE Office, so if you are expecting a delivery please ask your child to check their school emails.
